Everyone today is aware of the importance of regular exercise and good health.
However with the demands of modern life it is not always easy to find the time!

We offer a range of exercise classes that have something for everyone.
From low impact, gentle movements to military style fitness,
all taught in a safe, effective and fun way by our instructors

Classes can be run as a one off 90 minute session
or as a block of six 1 hour classes

BOXERCISE

A hi-energy fun workout based on boxing and martial arts methods! Your staff will learn kicking and punching, stretching, cardio work and core strength exercises

SPETZERCISE

Based on the methods of Spetsnaz Russian Special Forces this is a challenging workout for those with a degree of fitness!
Unique bodyweight exercises developed by Soviet sports scientists that safely and effectively build core strength, flexibility, endurance and mental stamina! This has been likened to Pilates plus!

TAI CHI Ancient Chinese exercise built around soft flowing martial art movements. Ideal for all ages and fitness levels, Tai Chi has been shown to develop balance, inner strength and peace of mind
QIGONG Static and moving exercises that combine movement, mind and breathing. Great for dealing with stress, increasing flexibility and muscle tone, easy to learn. Suitable for all ages
