What region are your DVD's? WIll they play in my country?
Our DVDs are PAL format but region free so there should be no problem playing them on any modern DVD player or computer. We find that 99% of USA and Canadian customers have no problems, but are unable to guarantee 100% compatibility.In the event of non-compatability we can offer discount in order to offset the cost of conversion

What if the DVD is faulty?
In the rare event a DVD is faulty, simply contact us and we will send you a replacement - please note we can only replace for faulty items, not offer a refund

What are your shipping charges?
They are worked out automatically during Checkout, but are in-line with other mail order companies. Orders are sent either first class for the UK or regular Air Mail for overseas. Signed For and Special Delivery are also options, for an additional cost

How soon can I expect delivery?
Our own DVD titles generally ship out within 3 working days. The Vladimir Vasiliev titles are shipped in from abroad - if we are waiting for stock there may be a delay. We will let you know in case of any delays and give you the option to wait or change your order

Are your DVD's originals or copies?
All our DVD's are original from the manufacturer, in proper cases, not plastic sleeves. We realise DVD's are easy to copy these days but would ask that you support the teachers who put in a lot of work to bring you the benefit of their experience. If you do see pirate copies of our material anywhere we would appreciate you letting us know!

Can you recommend a local school or teacher?
If you visit the Systema UK website you will find details of classes and workshops as well as links to Systema clubs around the world. If there is none local to you we recommend you post on the Training Partner section of our Forum
